Our campuses, located across six states, offer associate’s degree and diploma and certificate programs that combine general education, professional experience, and career-focused education to help you develop the skills to achieve your personal and career goals.
Areas of Study may vary by location. Additional academy training may be required for law enforcement positions. Certain positions may require additional training, licensing, or certification. Applicants to the Criminal Justice program in the state of Texas will require additional training approved by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Education (TCLEOSE) upon graduation in order to seek the following positions: police officer, peace officer, sheriff deputy, bailiff, and jailer. Paralegals are not lawyers and cannot practice law or give legal advice.

Associate in Specialized Technology: Digital Arts
Description: Digital arts and design is an exciting career field that combines the old-school methods for creating hand-drawn sketches, illustrations, and storyboards with modern computer technology. The Digital Arts program at Kaplan Career Institute emphasizes the use of cross-platform computer hardware in four main areas of digital arts: Prepress and design, multimedia production, web design and site development and three-dimensional design. The program curriculum combines fine arts courses, such as drawing and illustration, with general education courses in art history, communications, marketing, and psychology. The program integrates classroom lectures, hands-on training, and field trips to help you develop the skills employers demand in the workplace.
